दोस्तो, कनिष्ठ अनुवादकों से संबंधित कैट केस में अगली तारीख 28 जनवरी, 2014 (बुधवार) निर्धारित की गई है. आपको स्मरण ही होगा कि विगत 27 अक्तूबर को सुनवाई के लिए तय इस केस को न्यायालय द्वारा लिस्ट इन टर्न घोषित कर दिया गया था. अब इस माह के अंतिम सप्ताह में बहस के लिए तारीख निर्धारित की गई है. उधर सभी संबंधित को जानकर हर्ष होगा कि इसी प्रकार के एक अन्य मामले में एक अनुवादक श्री आशीष बैंगलोर कैट से केस जीत गए हैं. उनका मामला भी श्रीमती टी.पी.लीना के केस पर अाधारित था अौर कैट ने उनके कार्यालय को 2 माह के अंदर फैसले को क्रियान्वित करने के निदेश दिए हैं.
