He who rejects change is the architect of decay.

Dear friends, after the 6th june meeting we have got loads of messages and write-ups for publication. Last day we published an article by Sh. Pandey Rakesh Srivastav, in which he tried to analyse the entire proceedings of AGM rationally. Today, Mr. Awani Karan from Min. of Corporate Affairs is sharing his observations about the recent developments and giving a message to fellow translators.

He who rejects change is the architect of decay.

We in the cadre are witnessing the ‘rise of a new sun’ of hope and goodwill in our midst. Our association, about which my colleagues have already written and thrown light on its functioning, was in deep slumber or rather behaving like an ostrich when some young turks, sensing the need of the hour, rose to the occasion and voiced the concerns of JHTs and SHTs.
This small step soon started gathering momentum and is now taking the shape of a movement that has made the mathadheeshas worried about their thrones. In that fear, mixed with anger, they are now moving their feet in haste and as is well said ‘haste is waste’, making only fools of themselves. They called AGM of the Association on 06.06.2012 near Boat Club Police Station but willfully failed to circulate the agenda of the meeting. Anyhow, agenda reached us. Items in it are all long pending issues and have not been resolved or rather have been more complicated by these people only. In the AGM they only tried to create chaos and sang songs in their own honor. They are not ready to accept the mistakes they have made. “Mistakes are always forgivable, if one has the courage to admit them.”
No use of talking about their achievements and failures. We have to move forward. Never ascribe to malice. The way ahead is thorny. First of all we have to convince those of our friends who still cant openly raise their voices against wrong or are under the impression that everything is going well and the olds are doing everything for the sake of JHTs and SHTs or fear them for their power and reach. Nothing to fear my friends, be courageous for ‘Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the judgement that something else is more important than fear’. Also, some of our friends are very angry with the present lot. They need to give right direction to their anger. In times of great stress or adversity, it’s always best to keep busy, to plow your anger and your energy into something positive.
Now massive campaign will be launched to convince us in their support. They want status quo and not change so that वो सारी मलाई चट करते रहे और तलछट हमारे लिए छोड़ दें. He who rejects change is the architect of decay. We have to be careful and nullify their efforts.
Come be united for our common good.

  2. The newer trend of pro-activism has been seen as 'hope' and 'goodwill'. A very spirited write-up.
